Our residential services come in a standard package with many "extras" available.

  Our weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleans include the following:

  Cob webs removed (as needed)
  Ceiling fan blades & lighting dusted (as needed)
  Light-switch plates cleaned
   Window sills cleaned
  Furniture dusted and polished
  Picture /Mirror frames & glass cleaned
  Doors and door frames spot cleaned
  Bathrooms (tubs, showers, sinks, floors cleaned & disinfected.)
  Kitchen (backsplashes, counter tops, stove tops outside of appliances, etc...)

  Sweeping, mopping, & vacuuming all floors
  Waste baskets emptied / Trash removed
  Baseboards dusted (as needed)
Cleaning of Refrigerator top and underneath.
Upholstery surfaces vacuumed of pet hair and regular debris.
Cleaning of areas under bed as accessible.
Cleaning of areas behind & under larger item furniture (as accessability allows)
Straightening of rooms to give them a neat appearance.

The factors in pricing used to determine a price for your regular maintenance include:
Pet kind and number, number of household members, number of active bathrooms, household flooring types, household  household traffic levels & square footage.

Sue does prefer on making "in person" estimates for accurate pricing. Ball Park estimates are available over the phone & through our "Estimate" page but we reserve the right to increase or decrease service fees for areas that are not described to their accuracy upon our final Walk Through estimate.
